Immediately after graduating from college in 2003, David Taylor knew he had a passion for real estate, and went to get his real estate license. 13 years later, he has represented everyone from the investment purchaser to the first time home buyer all the way up to luxury single family homes. Working in the new home industry for 4+ years during that time ignited a passion for the new home process, helping clients acquire vacant land/lots for building, and assisting clients with selecting builders. David Taylor understands the challenges of the market and uses a personalized hands-on approach to serve each clients unique needs.

David lives in Powell with his wife Mary, and 2 children (and 1 chihuahua).
